v2mp4 (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides browser-based tools that help you work with public media links and local files, including link parsing, format conversion, and compression. The service is offered at https://vid2mp4.co/.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the service. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
Some features may require an account (email/password or Google sign-in). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree to use v2mp4 only for lawful purposes and only with content you own or have permission to process. You must not:
A video being public to view does not automatically grant a right to download, republish, or commercially reuse it.
v2mp4 may interact with third-party websites and media hosts. Those platforms have their own terms and policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, content, or decisions to block access. Features may change or fail when upstream platforms change.
Convert and Compress features may run largely in your browser using WebAssembly. Large files, older devices, or unsupported codecs may fail. File size and format limits may apply and can change without notice.
If you purchase a Pro or other paid plan, fees, duration, and refund rules shown at checkout or on the Pricing page apply. Unless stated otherwise, purchases are one-time passes without auto-renewal. Taxes may apply based on your location.
The v2mp4 name, branding, site design, and our original software are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to your own content. You grant us a limited license to process URLs and files solely to provide the requested feature.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, perfect extraction quality, or compatibility with every device or source. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50.
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create legal risk, or abuse the service. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that should survive (including IP, disclaimer, liability limits, and indemnity) will survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the place where we operate the service, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
